    Due to the unique nature of each design, we provide a specific size guide for each dress as an image on the product page. Our collections are available in limited sizes: S, M, L, and XL.

  • Are your apparels available for try-ons?
    Yes, our apparels are available for try-ons by appointment. Please book an appointment here through our website and specify the designs you wish to try on, as our stockists may not carry the full range of our designs.
  • Do you offer bespoke pieces?
    If you are looking for bespoke pieces, please contact us directly via IG dm or Whatsapp with your request.
  • What is the currency of the prices?
    All prices are in Singapore Dollars.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    We currently only ship to Singapore. For shipping overseas, please contact us for shipping charges.
  • How do I do an exchange/refund?
    We do not allow refunds, but you can exchange for another size (if it is available). Items should be in their original condition with the tag uncut to qualify for exchange. For exchange enquiries, please contact us directly at hello@paopaolabel.com or dm us on Instagram @paopao.label
  • Defective or wrong item?
    We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen! Nevertheless, if you receive a defective or wrong item, please write to us within 10 days of receiving the package so we can rectify it. We will bear the return postage. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.
